A small law office dedicated to the personal comprehensive representation for our clients. Every person who is represented by the Law Office of W. Craig Knaup will be treated as an individual and given the personal attention only a small law firm can offer their clients. Some of the noticeable differences are returning telephone calls in a prompt manner by the individual attorney. Also, permitting any client to call without the hesitation of being excessively charged or never being able to personally talk to an attorney. Also home visits can be arranged while always being treated with the respect and dignity that everyone deserves.

Our law firm has affordable representation compared to prices of large law firms while utilizing the most modern tools and techniques to perform duties in a time efficient manner. An example is the online filing of legal documents in New Jersey by the use of Judicial Electronic Filing Information System (JEFIS). The Law Office of W. Craig Knaup was the fourth law firm in New Jersey to file legal documents by the use of the Internet. JEFIS is only one example that permits our office to save time and money by eliminating the traditional use of U.S. Mail, which significantly speeds up the time it takes to file and receive documents from the court.
